LowestCostCreditCard.com officially went live today. This is an idea I had last week so I haven’t had too much time to fill it with content, but hopefully over the next week or two I can get some articles online and see if we can’t get it noticed!

The idea is fairly simple. A site offering latest news, advice, and tricks of the trade concerning credit cards. In the UK (and certain other countries) there are many many different offers by credit card companies, and there are certain tricks they don’t necessarily make clear before you sign up. This site is there to educate the consumer and will be funded by affiliate links.

This is one of a few projects I am working on at the moment. I will report on progress in coming weeks and see how it goes. I want this project to be as transparent as possible, so others can learn from the ups and downs of a spur of the moment decision to cobble together a website in 24 hours and see how long it takes to turn it into a success (or otherwise!).

We are proud to announce the launch of the Wirral Model Boats community website.

The site provides a platform for anyone involved in model boats to take their first steps onto the Internet. There is a central news repository and links to sub-sites which members will maintain themselves.

We have just launched another of our interactive websites, ShipStamps.co.uk.

This is aimed at compiling a list of stamps featuring ships from all over the world. Various sites exist surrounding this hobby but none seem to have high quality information and images on the same site.

Anyone can view the site and anyone can submit new stamps. There is an intelligent anti-spam system built in and an Admin approval system to ensure quality is maintained.

This site has a fully searchable database and high quality 300dpi images of every stamp featured. This means that with a simple entry in the search box anyone can identify exactly what they are searching for by ship name, line name or anything else relevant to that stamp.

The site has been live just a week or so and already the database is beginning to grow.

We are proud to announce the launch of our new website, WineSurvey.co.uk.

WineSurvey is aimed at providing reviews and opinions of wines available in the UK from wine clubs as well as supermarkets and off licenses. The site will feature special offers and alerts to good deals availavle in the supermarkets at the time (these often do not last long).

We aim to add new wines every week and to develop a catalogue of wines over time. As well as wine reviews there will also be features on wine tasting and reviews of “wine gadgets”.

If visitors have reviews of their own they are welcome to email them to us and we will publish them on the site too.

Complete Driver training Ltd, a Harrogate based fleet driver training company, required a website plus business cards and flyers package to launch their brand into the marketplace.

We used the existing corporate logo and integrated it with a new colour scheme and branding in the website and designed the leaflet in the same style.  The leaflets were produced on 300gsm gloss art board, the heaviest weighted art board possible while still maintaining an easy fold. Full colour lithographic printing was used on both sides.

The business cards were produced on 400gsm, double sided (full colour) matt laminated art board and are very hard wearing.

As a finishing touch we produced a standard web size banner (below) for linking to the CDT site from other websites.
