I know what you mwan.. just been through the mill with BT this last week, chasing £1500 they owed me (long story!). After speaking to the various people on 150 (where the ratio was 20/80, of people who didnt give a **** vs those who did) I eventually lost my patience and emailed the CEO, Ian Livingston... low and behold, he replied in 30 minutes, within an hour I had spoken with his assistant, and 24hrs later I had my money. Question is, if he gives a **** why can't he employ some staff who feel the same?

Thanks for the comment, I had thought this blog had retired in favour of the main thinsynergy one, but obviously not LOL

This sort of thing drives me absolutely crazy but i usually get it with big companies. Small companies seem to value your business more so maybe you just got unlucky with the individuals you spoke to? Tbh you don't know what's going on internally - there could be half a dozen slack employees and management never even hears about people like you getting crap service. I like to console myself with the thought that for every bad bit of service they give, something really annoying happens to them. Like missing their bus in the rain, or coming home to find the cat's peed on their bed...
